Governmental rules of Iran

The constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran was passed by the Assembly of Experts in 1358 in 177 articles and was put to a referendum, which was a positive result. In 1989, after Ayatollah Khomeini ruled to President Ayatollah Khamenei, amendments were made to this law and the post of prime minister was merged into the presidency and called the newly elected president a presidential term. Equal to the constitution of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the principles of the Islamic Republic are based on republicanism and Islamism, the republic is the people’s vote and will in the administration of the affairs of the country, and Islamism means conforming to the laws of Islam.
