- Registration of Japanese company HOJIN-TOKIBOTOHON (issued in the last three months)
- Copy of the latest changes regarding the company in KAISHA-SHIKI-HOU
- Degree in Japanese companies or institutions KAISHA-DANTAI-GAIYO-SETSUMEISHOU
- pamphlet or catalog
- Mission Letter for Visa Applicants
- Copy of the official newspaper of Iranian company
- Business documents between the Iranian company and the Japanese Invitation Company
- Microfinance of the company’s bank account in the last quarter (size A4)
- Business license
