Introduction

Iran-Japan Chamber of Commerce, which was established on May 22, 2023, is an institution that strives to expand the relations of Iranian industrialists and businessmen with their Japanese counterparts in various commercial, service, agricultural, mining, tourism and other fields. Since the establishment, this non-commercial body has tried to pave the grounds for industrial, commercial, mining and agricultural investments. It has been collecting and evaluating statistics, information and useful data related to the trade, industry and economy of the two countries to provide them to the Iranian and Japanese businesses and investors. This chamber cooperates with organizations and competent authorities of Iran and Japan to encourage and develop economic relations between the two countries. Iran-Japan Chamber of Commerce has replaced the Iran-Japan Joint Commerce Committee (2018-2023).
