The commission consists of members active in the water, environment and natural disasters. The commission through the committee with various organizations, institutions and organizations, such as; the meteorological organization to take advantage of its capabilities to address such challenges as rainfall, air pollution, and so on. There are limits to reducing the consequences of natural disasters. Also, by forming this commission, cooperation and use of Japan’s experience in coping with earthquakes and floods and similar events can be very valuable for Iran.
