Membership terms
According to the articles of association, membership of the Joint Committee of Commerce of Iran and Japan is as follows: In accordance with Article 6, the authority in the Joint Committee is as follows: ordinary and honorary. In accordance with Article 7, the conditions for ordinary membership in the Joint Committee shall be: 1-7- Having a valid commercial card or valid membership in one of Iran’s Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture Committees or Cooperative Committee 2-7. Payment of entry fee and membership fee of the Joint Committee 3-7. Acceptance of the provisions of this Statute and the regulations of the Committee of Iran In accordance with Article 8 – non-resident natural or legal persons provided that the foreign correspondent of the Joint Committee, located in the opposite country, or, in the absence of or inaccessible to it from one of the Committees of Commerce of the other country, receives the Letter of Intent and, upon confirmation by the Embassy The Islamic Republic of Iran in Japan or the Japanese embassy in Iran can join the Joint Committee. In accordance with Article 10, honorary members are admitted to membership on the proposal of one of the members of the board of directors and approved by the board of directors. Honorary members do not have the right to vote, but they have the right to comment and are exempt from the payment of membership fees. In accordance with Article 11, all ordinary members shall have the same rights and duties and pay their annual membership fee at the time of issue or renewal of the membership card. According to Article 13 – in the event of death, stoning, deprivation of social rights, denial of membership of the Iranian Committee, suspension or revocation of membership or business card, bankruptcy, dissolution of a legal person, membership in the joint committee shall also be terminated. According to Article 14 – If the membership fee is terminated, the paid payment will not be refunded.

Renew membership

To extend the membership of year 97 in the Commerce Committee of Iran and Japan, please send or email the following documents to the secretariat of the committee.
– If you change the profile, fill out the council form form
– Copy of a valid commercial card (if the card is not valid, it is not possible to renew the membership).
– A color photo piece
– The last changes to the official newspaper, which is the name of the Managing Director.
– A payout fee of …… Rials in the name of the Council of the Joint Committee of Commerce of Iran and Japan in the account number ………… Bank … .. Branch ……… .. Shaba number …………….

Cancel membership

Subject to Article 12, the Board of Directors may terminate the membership of any of the following for the following reasons:

1-12. Non-renewal of the membership and refusal of the member to pay the due date after two written notifications within 10 days through the Secretariat of the Joint Committee.

12.2 Failure to comply with the provisions of the Articles of Association and approvals of the General Assembly.

3-12- Non-renewal of membership in committees throughout the country.
